Refund Policy

ApnaAbroad sells digital products. Because of the nature of digital downloads, our refund policy is specific. Please read this carefully before purchase.

Eligible for refund

Duplicate payments

If you accidentally paid for the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate payment in full. Email support@apnaabroad.com with your transaction IDs. Refund processed within 7 working days.

Technical failure to deliver

If, due to a technical issue on our side, you paid for a product but did not receive the download within 24 hours, you may request either immediate redelivery or a full refund. Email support@apnaabroad.com with proof of payment.

Within 7 days of purchase — files not downloaded

If you purchased a product and changed your mind within 7 days, and have not downloaded any files, you may request a refund. Our system tracks downloads. If files have been accessed, the refund is not available. Email support@apnaabroad.com within 7 days with your order number and reason.

Not eligible for refund

Downloaded products

  • Once you have downloaded any file from a product, the product is considered consumed and is not eligible for refund
  • This is standard practice for digital products globally

Visa or admission outcomes

  • We do not refund based on visa refusals or admission rejections
  • Our products are educational guides, not guarantee instruments
  • We make no claims about outcomes — see our Terms of Service

After 7 days

  • Refund requests after 7 days from purchase are not entertained, even for undownloaded products

How refunds are processed

  • Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method
  • Razorpay typically returns funds within 7–10 working days after we initiate the refund
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated
  • Bank-side delays are outside our control — contact your bank if the refund does not appear within 10 working days of confirmation
