ApnaAbroad is a digital publishing business based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. All transactions are governed by Indian law and the courts of Hyderabad have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

3. No guarantees of outcomes

Visa applications and university admissions are decided by government authorities and educational institutions over which we have no control. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge:

Following our guidance does not eliminate the risk of refusal
Visa rules change frequently. We update our products to reflect changes, but you are responsible for verifying current requirements with official sources before making decisions.

Your rights when you buy a product

Personal use only: you may use the guide and templates for your own visa or admission application, and for that of your immediate family members
You may print copies for personal use
You may not redistribute, resell, copy, or share the materials with anyone outside your immediate family
You may not upload purchased materials to file-sharing sites or social media
You may not use our content to train AI models

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST where charged
Payment is processed via Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay’s terms of service.
Products are delivered digitally via email immediately after successful payment
If you do not receive your product within 30 minutes of payment, contact support@apnaabroad.com

6. Refund policy

Our full Refund Policy is available at apnaabroad.com/refund-policy. In summary: digital products are eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the files. Once downloaded, refunds are not available except in cases of duplicate payment or technical failure to deliver.

7. Acceptable use

When using our site, you agree NOT to use automated tools to scrape our content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, impersonate ApnaAbroad, or use our content to deceive or defraud others.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ApnaAbroad’s total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for visa refusals, admission rejections, missed deadlines, or any consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
